Transformation E-Report

Before (June 20th; around 202 lb.)
Fat Loss Transformation

I decided to lower my body fat a few months ago.  I came back from a vacation weighing over 200 lb. and I wasn't too impressed when I looked in the mirror.  It wasn't the weight that was bothering me--it was the body fat level.

You can see my "before" picture here.  I wasn't exactly fat, but I was tired of not having much definition and not being able to see my abs.

This page documents my progress at the three and four month mark.  I found a simple diet plan I could stick to and I trained three times a week.  I used the Triple Threat Muscle program, but I'd encourage you to subscribe for more details on the diet aspect.

Anyway, here are the pictures:

September 20th, 183 lb.
This picture is my current progress.  I'm still not quite where I want to be, but I'm getting pretty close.  I've lost over 15 lb. in three months, training only three times a week.  I've also had some interruptions in my diet/training--I had to go out of town one week and couldn't train.  In other words, I'm dealing with life outside of the gym like most of you are.

My abs are starting to show through, but I still have a little bit of "stubborn" fat on the lower abs (work in progress--you can read the report to see what I'm doing to target this stubborn fat). I'll try to post another picture in a few weeks and keep you updated on my progress.

I may post my diet/routine here soon, but you can read it right now if you want.   Just subscribe if you'd like to read about the basic blueprint of what I'm doing.  I'll tell you what kind of diet I'm doing and what workout program has been most helpful.

You'll also get my other e-reports if you subscribe 1). Fat Burner Review 2). Supplement Review 3). Minimalist Supplementation.

October 7th:
I've lost a little more of that stubborn fat around/under my navel, but I'm not sure it would be enough to make a noticeable difference in pictures.

I'm taking a little break this week--still eating "clean" and training, but not quite as concerned with fasting or achieving a negative calorie balance.  Part of the reason is I'm already quite satisfied with my results--I believe this is the leanest I've ever been (leaner than I was in the Body for Life transformation, which I discuss in the e-book).  I'd need more work if I was preparing for some kind of contest or photo shoot, but I have a lot going on in my life right now.

1. Try to get even leaner.
2. Go into more of a maintenance phase (using the Eat Stop Eat approach to intermittent fasting).

October 14th: Mission Accomplished?

October 14th
I did another week of the diet.  I can tell I've lost more of the before-mentioned "stubborn" fat.    The difference in the picture here is subtle, but there's barely any fat left to pinch on my lower abdomen.

I wish I had some calipers for a more objective measurement, but I'm sure this is the leanest I've ever been in my life.  I never really had the goal of looking like I could step on stage--I just wanted to look like I could step into a cage.  I wanted to accomplish this with a real-life schedule (training only 3x a week).

Here's something else I mentioned in the e-report:  I'm sure I could make a more impressive picture if I manipulated my water intake, got an airbrush tan, and hired a professional photographer.  But I just don't have time for that, so you're stuck with my pasty white skin and this amateur photo.

What's next?  Well, the beauty of this plan is I haven't had a really hard time complying with it.  I can do another week or two (or longer) if I decide to get even leaner.  But I'll make that decision after a much-deserved weekend of cheating.
