Supplements

I generally don't promote that many supplements on this blog--I think most of them are over-hyped, over-priced and don't make much difference in the real world.

But here are my recommendations:

Fat Loss--I only really believe in three supplements for fat loss:

1. The ECA Stack (Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin)

2. Yohimbine HCL
Please read the articles carefully--I do not advocate taking the ECA stack and Yohimbine at the same time.

3. Branch-Chain Amino Acids


Muscle Building--I also only believe in two supplements for building muscle:

1. Prolab Creatine Monohydrate (Prolab is my preferred brand, but any brand with creapure is OK).  Creatine Monohydrate is, without question, the kind of bodybuilding supplements. 

2.  Optimum Whey Protein (this is my favorite brand of whey, though I'm sure there are other good ones).  You may want to read How Much Protein? The Shocking Truth before you over-spend on protein powder.

You can also add a generic multivitamin (from your local drug store) and some Fish Oil. That's it--you've got the basics covered.
