I recommend/endorse different diet and training programs on this blog. I believe a well-designed program is one of the best investments you can make if you want to transform your physique.
But there's not one program that is best for everyone--choosing the right program depends on your goals, the amount of time you can spend training, available equipment, etc.
I'm going to give you some recommendations, and you can click here to email me if you'd like to ask a question. I will try to help you find the best program for your individual needs (not necessarily the most espensive one).
One last thing: I would not recommend buying more than one program at a time. This would put more money my pocket (if you buy them here), but I want you to reach your goals. You'll get confused trying to read or implement more than one at a time.
Anyway, here are some of my best sellers:
Programs for beginners or "hardgainers" who want to gain muscle:
Muscle Gaining Secrets (by Jason Ferruggia) has been a pretty good seller for me. I like his approach and he has some unique periodization methods that I've never seen anyone else recommend. His supplement report is something every beginner should read.
No Nonsense Muscle Building (by Vince Delmonte) is probably the internet's #1 selling bodybuilding program. The e-book explains things very well, and you can download videos of the recommended workouts (a nice feature).
You can read my comparison of these bodybuilding programs if you like. Keep in mind that these are both for beginners/hardgainers (or those you are returning to the gym after not training for quite some time).
Intermediate/Advanced Muscle-Building Programs
Triple Threat Muscle is has been another one of my top sellers. I like this one because it incorporates fat burning, conditioning, and functional strength. I've done some of these workouts--intense!
Minimalist Training is another great product from Jason Ferruggia. This is one of the most simple and versatile programs I've ever seen--the 70's Strength and Mass routine is one of my favorites.
MI40 Mass Intentions is a new program from Ben Pakulski. He emphasizes tension as the primary way to break through plateaus in building mass.
For Women
Flavia Del Monte's Full-Body-Licious is the only program I endorse specifically designed for women. This is not to say that women wouldn't benefit from the others, but I think Flavia has done the best job of designing something for the goals most women want to achieve.
Fat Loss Programs
Fat Loss Forever (John Romaniello) incorporates some of my favorite strategies, such as intermittent fasting. I've found this to be the fasted and most effective way to drop body fat. You can visit my Fat Loss Forever Review blog for more info.
Eat Stop Eat (Brad Pilon) is also based on the concept of intermittent fasting, but with a slightly different approach than Romaniello.
Turbulence Training (Craig Ballantyne) was specifically designed with busy professionals in mind. This is the one I'd recommend for those who can only train three times a week. This one has been around for a while and there are several different products available (body weight edition, etc). All of them are well designed, so just choose what you think would be best for you.
The before-mentioned programs are some of my best sellers, but this list is not exhaustive. Like I said, you can email me if you have a question.
