The exercises in and of themselves aren&amp;#39;t that strenuous necessarily, but when they&amp;#39;re all put together in this fashion, and done in twenty minutes - WOW.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;ve not accomplished the 300, but I have at times finished my own &amp;quot;225&amp;quot; version, with certain elements of the routine switched out in favor of other exercises.
