Want to be a wise consumer? Then you need to completely ignore most endorsements by professional athletes, bodybuilders and "fitness experts" (like the on you see here for Force Factor).
Most of these guys have exceptional genetics and have spent years undergoing rigorous training. The supplement companies just pay them the big bucks to pretend some pill or powder was an crucial factor in their success--it wasn't.
In some cases the supplement companies just throw out vague propaganda, like "the new supplement that all MMA fighters are taking."
Paid endorsements are just that--paid endorsements.
