Is this a scam?  Of course not!  I can see several benefits to this training system:

*If I were a gym owner I'd be sure to install "fitness poles" in the aerobics area as quickly as possible--I bet the male membership would double within a week.

*But there are benefits for you, ladies:  if you get really proficient in this training, maybe you could have a lucrative career as a "fitness dancer" for bachelor parties or gentlemen's clubs.
