My training for the past couple of weeks has been . . . well . . . mediocre (that's putting it lightly). I've only gone to the gym four times in the past two weeks, and don't even get me started about diet (if only Mexican food were a health food).
Know what? I don't feel the least bit guilty about it.
I do campus ministry in Manila and I've been really busy: seven speaking engagements in the past eleven days. I love training, but there are more important things than the gym.
I'll get back to my regular training schedule this week.
