Are you stuffed with stuffing? If you are like most Americans, you'll be taking in a lot of calories on Thanksgiving.There's no need to panic. Like I always say, one meal isn't going to make that much difference. The body just can't synthesize that much fat tissue from one meal. An occasional cheat isn't going to kill you.
Don't give up on your weight loss goals--just get back to the gym and back to your commitment to eating healthy.

I didn't stuff myself at all. Gone are the years when I'd load my body up and pack every inch of my intestines with as much food as they can hold. Funnily enough, once you start living and eating healthier and according to what your body asks for, that no longer becomes fun or desirable.
I had my fill, took a plate home for later, and it's all good!
No need to get all piggy and stuff...;)
People should have some sort of plan going into the holiday season instead of going in blind. That's when you tend to gain weight.
