The Bean Fitness Scam

Television brings us another way to waste money in the name of fitness.  The commercial uses all the buzzwords: "tighten, tone, fitness experts . . . "

I'll once again explain something: a flat stomach and/or visible abdominal muscles do not come from doing sit-ups, crunches, etc.  This look comes from having a low bodyfat level. 

You can't lower your bodyfat level by laying on the floor and rocking on an rubber pillow.

If you want to do some abdominal work, just buy an exercise mat, get on the floor, and do some crunches.

If you want a flat stomach, you'll need to train and adjust your diet so you'll have a lower bodyfat level.  I mean real training, not using this thing.
