No Time for the Gym?

Here's a little something to motivate those who made fitness-related New Year's resolutions.
You really don't have to spend an hour a day in the gym to get in shape (a few times a week is enough)--but I think you get the point.

Kevin, I am doing my dumb bells twice a day but not for an hour each but just the same I feel great. My arm though was sore for a day - haha!

That's probably over-doing it just a bit. Make sure the soreness is gone before you train again. Remember, the muscle needs time to recover. I know you're not doing heavy weights, but you still need to be sure your arms/upper body are adequately rested before you train them again :)
